I'm a really stingy grader and I have Mad Men S5 with 1 A+, 4 A's and 2 A-'s (none of them Lady Lazarus, can't remember why, have only watched once and am midway through S6).

Haven't gotten around to Master of None, but finished Scrubs. Season 9 wasn't near as bad as I'd been led to believe, I actually kind of liked it (Eliza Coupe FTW). I thought the good seasons were kind of overrated but I think 8 and 9 are underrated.

I always push back on that, because other than the occasional great moment like the initial frowny face Anakin gives in the first one, there isn't much emotional story. It's well done for what it is, I just don't think it was meant to be more than that.

It is Julia Braverman, continuing her immoral behavior after cheating on Joel and then having the audacity to pin their breakup on him. (Good show, but man did it have Braverman-colored glasses)

My favorite part was how they advertised it as if Jeremy Sisto was some massive ratings draw.

Haven't watched this yet, but that was what often kept me down on Key and Peele (I really liked it, just more selective with it). Some of their sketches just draaaaaaaaaagged.

I recently got into PoI and liked its early ambition (I believe you commented on my post saying as much) but I don't blame them for bailing by episode 7 or so. If I didn't know better, I might have stopped at some point due to what felt like "empty" characterization (and even so, I've been finishing other shows up

I kind of soured on the film from the third act, mainly because there were parts that were simply hard to tell what was going on (mostly because it was so dark). I guess because the movie had such a cool premise, I expected a more creative ending. The (MINOR SPOILER) blood transfusion was super predictable (had to

Yeah, Edge of Tomorrow could be just about anything, but Live Die Repeat feels like it's trying too hard.

That's not what he did though. He wasn't going for "seat grabbing," merely operating on the assumption that if a movie is good, it'll present itself as such within the first 10 minutes, and that the success rate of that philosophy is the best way to go in a world with seemingly infinite entertainment options. I hadn't

Agreed, the music was the best part of the episode.

This could have easily passed for one of those "early Season 1 spotlight" kind of episodes shows do. Just not much here, and that's disappointing. The premiere movie made it look like this would be kind of a "leap" season for the show, and the clone episodes were a fine continuation, but since we've gotten mostly

I looked but the version I watched on YouTube was too blurry once the preview took up most of the screen. Sounded familiar but couldn't place it.

But that would take actual work in creating new competitions and we wouldn't want them to have to work *that* hard

Because just like a good sport, the game itself adapts (even without influence of the rules). I love Big Brother, but the only major change they've made in recent years (Battle of the Block) was a total flop that didn't even have zero impact, it had negative impact as it encouraged playing as passively and

Weekly Scoreboard
Flash took a close decision this week to level the score at three apiece (/deep breath… Week 1: B+ to B- Arrow, W2: B- to C+ Arrow, W3:: A- to B Flash, W4: A to B- Arrow, W5: A to B+ Flash, W6: A- to B+ Flash). Arrow has officially shaken off Season 3 but Flash has nailed 3 of the last 4. Arrow's been

I'd like to be the first person to complain about how fast these reviews go up, as it's 1 hour and 40 minutes until it's over on the West Coast. Stop doing your job so well!

I'm going through old Power Rangers just to see what they were about and I have a hard time watching them at anything under 4x the playback speed.

And since they revealed his identity to her anyway, I think it would have been better if she realized it on her own. I mean, at least Oliver uses a voice modulator, Barry was just vibrating his normal voice.

Diggle's dead but his brother lived. Laurel's dead but Sara lived. Moira lived over Thea. It's opposite world.
