type in "video speed controller plugin" and for chrome it's the first hit. It's a life-changer. I watched TNG at triple speed, Enterprise sometimes up to 4x (the highest it goes before sound goes mute), I got through S1 of Weeds in a couple hours, etc

He's very good in The Flash as well.

I've seen the mirror one before and thought it was pretty fun. I've also seen the finale…which is not fun.

Probably best shown through noting that "Year in Hell" made people go "THAT'S what I wanted from this show. The ship would always get damaged in battles and then be perfectly fine, they had unlimited shuttles/escape pods etc. Instead of having weariness of the journey show, each episode was mostly starting anew.

The first comment is even similar to what I wrote ("The A+ will turn to an A and everyone will say we're crazy, but we know what we saw. No matter the cost, we'll make sure our story is heard.")

They flopped on fulfilling the premise but told some fantastic one-offs in a Doctor Who-esque fashion. (can't agree on the ending though, felt rushed and gave no payoff for what happened upon their return)

Ah, thank you!! (control+b shows while typing but doesn't stick)

I had trouble at first too. It's worth getting to Season 2, as an ahem, new character, kicks the show up a gear.

I got through S2 of 24 before it left Netflix. I'm so bummed I hadn't yet discovered the magical video speed controller plugin as no show is more meant for that than 24.

-Continuing Alias. Midway through Season 2 so while I'm zipping through the show, I'm savoring what's left of its prime. Not all-time great but its influence on TV is obvious.
-Bojack Season 2 still isn't doing anything for me.
-Making my way through Enterprise (mid S3). It has its moments but that some people prefer it

There's just a brimming intensity to that episode.

I agree YJ>JLU but S1 of JL is pretty mediocre. I'd go JL S2, JLU S1, JLU S2 (I didn't like Cadmus saga turning into standard monster fare), huge gap, then JL S1 and JLU S3.

Marvel's never been my thing and I found it solid. Second season kinda craters under executive meddling but Season 1 has some cool arcs. Not something I'd worry about watching again but was worth watching the first time.

Same.

Re: Cyclops, Evolution was my first exposure to X-Men, so it's always been jarring that Scott's such a drip in everything else (the movies and Wolverine and the X-Men). He's no rulebreaker in Evolution but he's more "older brother/supervisor" than "wimpy drip"

Wow, that didn't get you? Give Misplaced a try or skip to S2's Before the Dawn (S2 had a different tone).

Young Justice is so underrated. A bunch of fantastic episodes (Infiltrator, Denial, Homefront, Failsafe, Misplaced, Coldhearted, Alienated, Before the Dawn, War, The Hunt) and only one true clunker (Runaways). It wasn't perfect (neither was JL/U, and I'd argue YJ was better) but it had character growth and smart

I could easily be projecting the end of S2's finale into S3 as that season being good. It's been a couple years.

I think that's gone now too.

The beginning episodes are intros for each character and it gets way better after everyone's fully integrated. Have you seen the Dr Fate episode? IIRC that's where it jumps up a level.
