I'll have to defer on that one, as my lack of Amazon Prime has put Avatar/Korra on the backburner for me.

Agreed. The focus on Blue Beetle was a misstep. Runaways was the only episode in the series I actively didn't like.

I think that's much too harsh, but either way, note that I said the first season specifically for character development.

I have no idea what the back half of your post is talking about, but upvoted for the "I am many things" reference, considering how powerful it is. Shocking that the network allowed the bad guy to essentially win like that.

Agreed. The second season is probably more entertaining, especially from about Darkest through The Hunt, but the first season has fantastic character development that feels really organic and emotional.

Starcrossed I believe when he acts like a reporter to provide cover

Thanks you for these reviews. Growing up, I missed out on the best of the DCAU (watched Static and Beyond, which I will both defend as good and great respectively, as a kid, I was either on Nick or Kids WB, only going to Fox for Digimon, so I missed JL/U on Cartoon Network and the early stuff on Fox), and these

I'd rank em 2>>>>>>>>1>>>>>4>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>3

I only watched a couple episodes (the big game changer and the one where Skye infiltrates that dude's party and pretends to be into him), and Skye was the only character I was remotely interested in. Maybe I just caught the wrong episodes but all the others bored me.

Don't worry, she'll prob end up cheating on him too. But holy crap, why didn't she just dump you?

You're still great friends? Sounds like that's just twisting the knife in.

I haven't had a bad breakup, but there's certain days where I can't watch anything because I'll remember what day I watched it and I won't be able to forget it. That's the downside of having a memory that can spit out the last 30 years of NFL, NBA, and tennis history, plus tentatively name every episode of certain TV

If that was me, I probably couldn't watch any episode of the show again, because then I'd watch it and whatever I was doing would then also get associated with that bad memory.

After bailing early on Season 2, I checked out the premiere because it was a surprise, and good lord did that first episode suck. It wasn't even scene-chewing junk food from Spacey and Wright, it was just boring.

*Netflix appeared to be a formidable foil for about 15 minutes, until they turned into an absolute patsy for Frank to crush.*

Onderon drags a bit but it's worth every second to get to the scene at the end of the third part.

You know, I was eventually gonna try to get up to speed on Mindy and now, uh, well, would you look at the time!

For me, it's Starcrossed, then everything else. I don't think any of the Legion of Doom episodes, save for Great Brain Robbery, even makes my top 20.

It lacked the creative wackiness. Pretty clear they ran out of steam (and understandably so). Mitefall was a little too creepy for me.

Right, they did BatB S3, which is largely garbage. The first 2 seasons were very good.
