Yeah, that he gets manipulated is OK with me, but that he's dumb enough to chuck the tray and trash the place RIGHT OUTSIDE THE CELL was one of the show's lowest moments for me.

B- is too low for me on The Hunting Party. On rewatch it's probably fair, but man when I watched it having no idea where the story was going, it's flatout awesome. When the torches light? Just great. A gut punch that Jack won't be calling the shots on the island anymore.

Woah, inside sources! Any other good intel?

Someone could make a really good TV show or movie out of it, especially if they cast the right Bruce Wayne (which probably means it has to be a movie to get the kind of star to pull that off)

I haven't started watching this season yet, just wanted to note how awesome Batman Beyond is.

Yeah, I totally understand that (and have heard the same when commenters disagreed with me before) and accept that it comes off way better when binged years later rather than week to week in the moment. It helped me considering I wasn't that invested in Locke at that point, so not seeing much of him didn't really

One of the most visually stunning episodes of TV I've ever seen.

That's where I can't agree. The beginning of Season 3 is great. Just Jack, Sawyer, Ben and Juliet, four of the top 6 or 7 characters, throwing tactical haymakers at each other.

Yeah, it's not the relapse, it's the incessant impulse to kidnap a child.

Yup, and it's skippable because the plot immediately gets dropped, like "The Long Con" except really bad instead of entertaining. I just watched the show this summer and IIRC it was the only episode I gave a D+. Even stuff like Dave or Stranger in a Strange Land was C territory for me.

It's like a terrible version of "The Long Con." Neither have any resonance once the episode is over but at least watching Sawyer work his game was fun.

The real turning point for Charlie is the atrocity entitled "Fire+Water"

I can't think of any funny trailer for a new show. They're always terrible.

Weisman is gone now. Thought I read someone posit that he's getting his own project but he's out of Rebels now.

I think those shorts lasted the perfect amount of time. Anything more and it would have declined. The stuff with Grievous was cool and the Ventress/Anakin fight was epic, but Durge was meh and it wasn't really Star Wars, but like a cool imagining of "What If"

I too have had that wish/theory. It's an important role that's never really been explained. Though she doesn't really need redeeming.

Yeah, I didn't like the look to start with because I didn't think they could do anything close to something as visually stunning as Landing at Point Rain.

It's not too bad, really, and of the stuff that's "out of order," most of it can be watched in broadcast order and nothing is different (ie the Zillo Beast duology)

Eh, I don't know. Martha left a pretty defining mark by being capable of walking away from the Doctor.

The first half of this was pretty good but two things near the end took me out of it:
