Way back in the early 1990's, a short horror film called "Under the Car" aired on either Showtime or Cinemax. I never saw it, but I was intrigued by the plot summary in TV Guide, and I saw a picture of the film's monster in an issue of Fangoria. I have no idea how to see the film now.
