I'm not convinced that this Beyond the Hills movie you're talking about exists. Is it like the Deep Impact to Pines' Armageddon or what?

Me watching My Dinner with Andre:

The Place Beyond the Pines, anybody? Still sitting at the top of my list.

I wasn't crazy about the last season but they ended it with a great one-two punch. I didn't like any episode this season.

A solid album this one. At first I was disappointed with A Plot Against Common Sense but that turned out to be a real grower. Still, they're gonna have a hard time ever topping Travels with Myself and Another.

No disrespect on the movie itself but when recently discussing it with a friend and describing one scene out loud as "..and then alley cats lick Michelle Pfeiffer back to life" I suddenly felt a little stupid and dirty.

1. Vampire Weekend - Modern Vampires of the City
2. Kanye West - Yeezus
3. Risto - II
4. Queens of the Stone Age - …Like Clockwork
5. Future of the Left - How to Stop Your Brain in an Accident

My favorite moment in Die Hard:

RJ MITTE'S IN A BAND? *clicks thumbnail* Oh, nevermind.

In theory I like that people I like did this and if we sidestep the whole LOL GAY aspect it's kind of perfect. But if it's shot for shot, just me knowing it exists will suffice, right? Am I wrong in not actually watching it?

I'm still a fan of The Practice and Boston Public but re-watching old Ally McBeal episodes on reruns… Holy shit. I have memories of watching it as a youngen and thinking it dipped in quality quite a bit in the latter seasons but now I can't get past even the "peak" stuff. Save for some funny stuff with Peter MacNicol

The show kinda shot itself in the foot by putting this as the first episode. Yeah sure, the tone varies from episode to episode but this one still sticks out. And not only the tone, also the fact that at least for me it was one of the most amazing episodes of television I had ever seen.

I'm pretty much in the same camp. A few years ago I went as GG Allin on Halloween. Painstakingly recreated pretty much all of his tattoos even though most of them weren't even visible (didn't parade around naked).

One of them please grow a beard, I can't tell J.J. Abrams and Bobcat Goldthwait apart.
