Meeting posh people for the first time at uni kind of blew my mind. It was such an odd experience.

I have to say this is my favourite tv show of the past year (i really liked the first series and found little wrong with it, but the second series ramps it up).

Why do Americans critics hate the Les Mis film (I can understand the actual live musical) and the performances and direction particularly then while they been absolutely adored by British critics.

I have to pick this up. The increasingly worse with every passing season (I liked 2 a bit, everything since has been a bitter disappointment) Big Bang Theory isn't number one in the UK.

Fresh Meat. It is the best proper comedy drama (as opposed to a sitcom with some comedy bits, or a drama with some funny bits) in many years. It's also funnier than most sitcoms and more compelling than most dramas. The second series is particularly excellent and I'd argue probably the best thing on British TV last

It's amazing how such large selling books get such bad art.

I think you got this and last week the wrong way around. This is the one episode I just haven't liked at all. Last week was flawed but passable and this week's just wasn;t.

In UK terms the best comedy show this year (not yet got a dvd recording but there has to be, it can't be allowed to slip into the ether) IMO was probably Pappy's Last Show Ever! which got an Edinburgh Comedy Award nomination (unfairly pipped by the admittedly very good Doc Brown, the American comedian one, there are

I didn't mind it. Certainly better than any of the pure shit that The Big Bang Theory is spewing out.

It was an excellent episode.

I'm sure The Big Bang Theory as it is now (in series 2 it could get those marks but fell off a cliff after s3 when the writers got incredibly lazy) getting an A is osimply diminished expectations

I think it comes down to one or a combination of a few things either the actors tend to get better offers or do other work (Russell Tovey in Being Human for example), or don't want to be type cast or the writers realise they've exhausted character options but still have a good premise and think they dump most of the
