I personally think it's better. They've dropped any pretense of it being a kid's show and made it solely for adult nerds who enjoy-NAY DEMAND-that all of their TV viewing be of the heavily serialized nature.

Boo-urns

Well people were talking about the concern of your kids rebelling against whatever you suggest or tell them.

I think the best way to influence what your kids listen to, or at least that they have good taste in music, is to just let it happen organically. If you're listening to good music, they'll be listening to good music by default. Don't demand that they listen to what you're listening to, just start listening to it. My

Glad to know that I was right in feeling there was a lot of stuff missing. I'm sure I'll get around to reading the book and glad to know there's also a sequel because I liked the world the movie was taking place in and I wanted to see much more.

Are you saying the movie adaptation is only about 1/3 of the book? I haven't read the book but I saw the movie, and felt like there was a lot of stuff missing. I was left wanting more, which I guess isn't a bad thing since I did really enjoy the movie.

According to this the show is not critic-proof:

Totally forgot…I need to rewatch.

That's kind of what I arrived at this morning. If you have to time travel to repair some kind of damage, then when you repair the damage, the whole reason for you to time travel, the very idea of it, no longer exists. So when it doesn't exist, you wouldn't have a need to time travel. So the moment of the invasion is

AMC is pretty special, programming-wise and they don't do that. Nor does HBO or Showtime. In fact all of those networks not only constantly re-air their marquee original programming throughout the week, but also have it on On-Demand the next day. It's weird to see a cable network go with a different model.

Well Roy Hibberd was perfect because he was already on the show and it gave them to chance to work in an Entertainment 720 joke. Rob Lowe is friends with Jim Irsay so that's funny, plus the fact that Andy got married in a Reggie Wayne jersey and that April gave him a Reggie Wayne jersey for Christmas before they were

False

False

How about instead of two networks they cut back on the constant airings of The Day After Tomorrow, the Twilight movies and Eagle Eye? How about instead of splitting into two networks they offer more airings of their original programming. So if by some chance I miss the two or three airings of Archer tonight I don't

So the Monsignor left in 1966, then Pepper died, then it was really 1968 and MLK was killed and Sr. Jude hallucinated seeing the Monsignor telling her he was leaving?  And also at the time Pepper was a hallucination?

Albums are also generally much cheaper on Amazon-sometimes $2 or $3 less-than on iTunes

I'm a little confused by the timeline. Unless I misheard it…1968 MLK assassinated, Monsignor Timothy tells Sr. Jude he's leaving to be a cardinal and that he'll get her out. Then all the shit goes down and Jude is in the new administrator's office. She says 2 years have passed but also says Pepper died in 1966 right

Tasha…calling the other best picture nominations "bloated" is kind of doing a disservice to people who try to make excellently crafted movies that also happen to have big budgets. John Carter was "bloated" but I hardly think any of the best picture nominees are. Remember the 80s and 90s…when bloated actually meant

Travashamockery!
