On a somewhat related note I think NBC is airing the final three episodes of the season out of order. The first ep airing tomorrow is the one in question. The second one is then trying to get the school back from Chang. Wouldn't that plot immediately follow the events of last week's episode? I'm a nerd.

NPR Feminist? really? is NBC just making things up now?

True…but HIMYM has always been pretty good about squeezing fresh life out of overused sitcom plotlines

Maybe they don't get married at all? Maybe there's cold feet?

Luckily the show has grown leaps and bounds beyond it's initial concept of a guy telling his kids how he met their mother in the most detailed way possible. Because it's the name of the show we still care but we also care as much or more about the other characters.

Jessa is full of herself, but it also doesn't help that Hannah and Shoshanna seem to WORSHIP her and think everything she does is amazing and unique because she has a British accent and dresses like Annie Hall. She's also not attractive, but guys seem to fawn over her for some reason. And her story lines are boring

Right, now I remember…well that's going to be awesome when it happens.

Have a question from the books about Dany's plot, which contains SPOILERS.

Couldn't Reek still come into play when the Bastard is introduced?

Maybe I'm just a lackwit and having trouble keeping track…so in the original timeline there was Earth-1 William Bell. At some point he went into hiding and ended up on the other side. Earth-2 William Bell died in a car wreck at a young age I believe. We've still never met Earth2 DRJ right? In the new timeline Earth-1

Wizard!

I mean I know literally nothing about the inner machinations of life in New York trying out for musicals but I'm guessing talent trumps college degree most of the time.

I don't get why Rachel has to go to NYADA. She's obviously incredibly talented. Why can't she just apply to some other New York school and start auditioning? If she has talent does it really matter if she went to NYADA or somewhere else?

Maybe they'll just move it geographically for the purposes of the show? Or as you said, just run into them elsewhere. Someone else said that the producers stated very few characters would be cut from the show but their debuts may come later. Hopefully that's the case because otherwise it kind of jacks things up down

Maybe they work the Reeds in next season?

Refresh rate is the same as TruMotion or Motion Flow or whatever your TV calls it. It's just the way they brand it. I have an LG, they call it TruMotion. If you turn that off you are basically nullifying the effects of the 120HZ refresh rate.

I've definitely shown friends blu-ray on a 120HZ and they've been blown away. They thought it almost looked 3D. It definitely jumps out. The first time I ever saw it demoed was at a store with the blu-ray of Casino Royale. Totally blew my mind.

Anyone who has watched blu-ray on an HDTV with 120hz or more frame rate should be somewhat used to this. I personally prefer it and find it hard to go back to a non 120hz TV.

I'm just wondering if that guy who was doing the interrogating was a combo of The Tickler and Hoat since I could have sworn he had a speech impediment.

Did anyone else notice the F/Backwards F Fringe Division insignia from Earth2 in the episode? Also didn't Olivia die in the last future jumping episode? That was in the Earth1 timeline where there were no observers. Maybe this is the Earth2 timeline?
