Xmas Ape Goes to Summer Camp couldn't possibly be as amusing as its own brilliant title. Goddam when the Simpsons were in their heyday they might have been the best written show of all time.

My favorite Incandenza joints:
4. (At Least) Three Cheers For Cause and Effect,"
3. "The Night Wears a Sombrero,"
2. "Baby Pictures of Famous Dictators," and the ridiculously awesome:
1. "Good Looking Men in Small Clever Rooms That Utilize Every Centimeter of Available Space With Mind-Boggling Efficiency."

there is a sort of kirsten dunstedness to the photo…

FutureSexLoveWhatHave You is a pretty fun album. I listen to it unironically and everything. Lovestoned is an underrated track.

i hear both men share a predilection for jell-o pudding pops and gentrification.

this is what happens when you miss your morning bowl of cereal.

that kind of photo borders on character ass-assination.

They should've gotten Jimmy Valvano and his foundation to help cure all of the canceraids in this thread.

i'm having a hard time with how smooth the production sounds. Mostly because my brain is automatically trying to convert it to their live sound, which is all scraped of polish and raucous. I still think this album will work well live.

I caught them for the first time at one of the first couple P4k fests. They had a shitty afternoon time-slot but on the 'big' stage. They used it to their advantage and completely took over. Must have sold a lot of CDs that day, and certainly won over a lot of fans. And if anything they were better in the much

Hospice is the ultimate headphones record. And a slow burner—took me a handful of listens to come around on. Yet it ended up being one of my favorite albums of '09. Brittle and weird and somehow it managed to get loud and spiteful at the same time.

Conqueror Is a Fantastic Record
If this one approaches it in terms of quality I'm already on board. Conqueror is hard to describe to folks. Its a metal album that I had no problems playing at work (as nobody gave me shit for the sound of it) which isn't meant as an insult but kind of sounds like one. And yet when

Bendis and Maleev burned their goodwill bridge with me on Spider-Woman. I don't know what I was expecting but what I got was weak. Of the two dropping the ball I'd have to say Bendis, but now I'm wondering if the psychotropic color-show by Maleev wasn't clouding my impressions of his layouts.

Casanova was reprinted by Marvel, and then the second 'volume' started coming out not too long ago. It might have wrapped up already (i get a handful of comics shipped to my unabomber cabin in the Wilderness Lands once every couple a months) but that is some high-quality stuff. Bizarre as hell and beautiful to look at.

under the circumstances i'm just surprises the personified dick of a notable director was even able to get any of those words spelled correctly.

freaky-deaky mummies need love, too. freaky-deaky mummies need love, too.

my favorite username was It Takes a Nathan of Fillions to Hold Us Back (or something to that effect).

I'd check on you but I can't even be bothered to call my own mother. I'm pretty sure she's hasn't changed into a mummified corpse, but I won't know for certain until Christmas. Thanksgiving if she's lucky.

yeah, i just caved and bought the S/T one. Figured I'd finally give these bearded men a chance. And if the current pattern holds, by the time I get into this record I'll just slip in under the wave of backlash. It is important to familiarize myself with what I am supposed to hate 6 months from now.
