I think… pretty good?
I think… pretty good?
Hm. Art has the "Tombstone" movie poster in his office, which starred Kurt Russel as Wyatt Earp. Kevin Costner starred in the movie Wyatt Earp, and also played Crash Davis in Bull Durham. Kurt Russel was the director's first choice for the role of Crash Davis.
I think it's possible Aunt Helen survives and it's Skip in the body bag, but I'll say that even though I like Helen I'll respect the show more if they off her. Shit's getting real down in Harlan County.
There was a Bull Durham reference this week. Dickie's line about not being able to hit water if you fell out of a boat.
I seem to recall Lisa also getting a pony as a throwaway gag in the episode where Homer gets his hair and becomes an successful executive. Am I crazy? Did that happen? Answer the second question first.
I don't even believe in Jeebus.
Also, wasn't Lou white in his first appearance?
Is it Chaotic or Evil to fuck a horse? Keeping in mind this horse isn't a horse of course, but an amazing magical beast.
How long before Vicki and Garrett end up in the sack together?
Best Glover Line:
To quote my father, "That fat guy can really dance."
"Extreme Prejudice" has the best 80's action movie cast imaginable. The movie has so much testosterone that putting it on your Netflix cue will get you pregnant.
I think Art sounded a little sad, either at Raylan not being around for long or for him being a colossal fuck up. Probably a little of both.
The pit maneuver, or some such. I hear the term bandied about a lot on those scariest police chases shows.
It's not the recoil that makes it hard to shoot a shotgun one-handed, it's the weight. Also, it's kind of a dumb thing to do, but I grew up in the country and we didn't have the good cable.
Poor Dickie.
I feel bad for the guy. I'm hoping he makes it through the season, but I wouldn't exactly bet the rent money on it.
I don't think they'll off Winona, but I've been wrong before.
Art and Raylan…
I didn't take Art's line about not being able to look back on anything and laugh as the end of the friendship, but rather as Art said to Raylan, "You aren't going to be around that long."
Hey, it's in the vows.
And yet Reagaerobics are just as valid as they were in the 80's.
