There are still things in Ford Fairlane that crack me up to this day. The gunfight/car chase through the cemetery. Never not funny.

The word has shifted over time. "Disinterest" used to denote impartiality, "uninterest" would mean indifference. A judge would be disinterested in the arguments presented in his or her court, but hopefully would not be uninterested (although I could see that as also something judges are when they're mailing it in).

Picking a minor nit…
I'm enjoying the hell out of these recaps.

Sometimes the product placements can be a little distracting, but I can't seem to get mad about it. It doesn't particularly make me want to go out and buy a Hyundai, but beyond that I don't care.

@Archmage: Further evidence that we are the same person— Foley's extended deadpan reaction shot after the line about the egg he is eating, "Out of my body, and onto your plate," was the example I was going to include in my previous post, but cut it for time. I list that as the single funniest moment in KitH, ever.

And she funds her own school in Colombia. That, with the video for "She Wolf" pretty much makes her the perfect person.

@Epony: Lowe is a long time supporter of the Democratic Party, but he did support Schwartzenegger for governor, so who knows.

According to the commentary of that ep, the idea that Ted was a clan member was Dave Foley's idea. If he didn't already have about five lifetime passes, that would be worth a lifetime pass right there.

My hips don't lie, although they often commit the sin of omission.

Doesn't anyone think that funneling charitable donations into your own pocket is actually a pretty good qualification for the president of Haiti?

Responding as I do only to serious replies, let me say that while Bynes was a little Frankensteiney in that clip, I thought Stone looked pretty hot.

There's an interesting scene in Frost/Nixon where Oliver Platt and Sam Rockwell are about to meet Nixon for the first time after researching him and covering him and writing books about what a criminal he is, and they were both still in a bit of awe when they actually met him. The aura of the office is something that

She also won a few arguments with Sam, like the one on the Fraud Triangle. I read that one of the reasons Lowe left TWW was that they were trying to turn his character into a Republican, and always wondered if those little disagreements with Ainsely was the start of that.

That occurs to me every time Dule Hill has a scene with the young Mrs. Landingham. If Psych ever does a crossover episode with In Plain Sight, they could have about 98% of The West Wing cast in it.

Yeah, the rubber ball was such a part of "17 People" I'm surprised it didn't get a guest star credit.

I watched the trailer for the new movie…
And Emma Stone said she thought it was ironic that her English class was studying "The Scarlet Letter" at the same time everyone thought she was a slut. Which isn't ironic, but coincidental. (Although it might be a little ironic that she was misusing the term in reference to

How are we supposed to tell the spambots from the gimmick posters pretending to be spambots? And does anyone know where I can get genuine imposter brand purses and shoes at low, low prices?

Prior to reading this recap I would have guessed the show was in it's second season, because while I've been generally aware of it, not watching it has taken up almost none of my time.

All good, but I think Defending Your Life is probably my favorite because sometimes the awkward humor Brooks mines is almost too painful to watch. The fake laugh he and Rip Torn share after Torn's corny joke in their first meaning may be one of my favorite little moments ever. His courtesy laugh and then going right

Yeah, I've been using that line fairly regularly since this episode originally aired.
