I'm wondering about Hannibal's motive for murdering the doctor besides effing with Will. He seems like he wants to continue to keep Will in the dark. However, Will is likely to continue his medical tests under a new doctor. In all probability, it will be a doctor that Hannibal won't be able to manipulate.
