She's been in top 3 for 5 episodes in a row, how is not getting the recognition?

Kennedy got distracted with Pearl's boy half ;)

Well, I'd also add Trixie to that group, she's been quite shady throughout the competitions - and in a mean-spirited way, especially towards Violet ("public school"?). That's the thing, some more insecure queens are projecting their own bitchiness onto Violet, because they see her as a threat.

Well, I don't think 23 is too old to be insecure, I was awfully insecure at that age (and it happened to me to act like a douchebag because of that). Different people mature at different ages, and it can be a long process. To me Pearl seems like she's being held back by her insecurities, however there is some

Max putting on that solemn, compassionate face should become a point of a season 7 drinking game.

It made me go from being over her completely to starting seeing her as a persona, not entirely unlike Alyssa Edwards.

There is also this slight aura of entitlement to her, although to me it feels like she manages to pull it off. I'm not 100% sold on her, but I like her and her contributions to the show, however I guess to some people it's just easier to classify her under the "insecure big girl" stereotype, which is rather simplistic

Re (2): more harshly judged than Pearl? Pulling out as much objectivity as I can, I think Pearl received pretty harsh criticism, possibly the harshest so far. I'm not saying it's undeserved, but still, so far it was pretty blunt.

Hell yeah, I started to warm up to her this episode too. Also starting to get used to her borderline-crude sense of humor. Might be an acquired taste, but she delivers on it. Also that meltdown in Untucked! I'm living.

I'm beyond rolling my eyes whenever she opens her mouth. But damn, every now and then she says does say something insightful.

Well, it seems that Trixie got punished for coasting through the middle in the competition, which is fair in my dictionary. However, I also disagree with Kennedy winning the challenge, although personally I think Jaidynn was the best - also loved her neon camouflage oxymoron realness. Katya's runway stomp was a treat

Agree, she really channeled Debbie Harry.

I think the truth is that Kandy Ho is in fact the Silence from Dr Who. Whenever one doesn't look at her, one forgets about her existence. Let's see how far this ability takes her.

She's growing on me too, I live for her style and performance skills. Her bearded eleganza was strong and flattering, one of the best really, alongside Katya, Max and Trixie. However, in some of her voice-overs she occasionally comes across as a bit negative - I really hope she shakes this off.

Well, there has already been a queen who hadn't heard of Diana Ross.

I have a similar feeling. It seems to me that she simply speaks her mind (and she's possibly the most extroverted among this season's cast), hence the occasional displays of ignorance regarding other styles of drag. However, unlike Jasmine or Kennedy, she seems to be fairly open for discussion of her views, and humble

Hahaha, it crossed my mind for a moment too, but I must have overthunk that. Imho she landed in the bottom 2 because she committed the cardinal sin of rpdr - she appeared unprofessional. It seemed like she wasn't prepared and her mistakes were painfully visible (just like Sasha's). Still, I don't think her performance

I was unimpressed with Miss Fame and, after seeing her performance, I doubt she'd be able to win a lipsync against any other of the remaining contestants. I'm not familiar with her work prior to RPDR (give or take some lipsync videos, that left me rather cold), and I can appreciate strong make-up skills and overall

I'm not really getting Darienne vibe from her, I don't think Ginger came across as mean-spirited. Her comment towards Miss Fame was quite tame in contrast to the apparent disdain Miss Fame has towards drag queens who have built their careers on comedy/performance. Clearly, Miss Fame takes pride in NOT being a
