I agree that there is such a distinction between the different parts of this show. It's quite jarring, but I do think they're incorporating more and more of the things that worked in Season 1.

Plus Erica's share was a whopping $60. I wonder how much the van cost.

Yeah, I know him from The Unit. He was also on the last season of Covert Affairs- basically playing the same guy.

I've only watched the pilot so far, but I'll stick with it. It does have that California noir thing going. Sometimes literally going too noir that I couldn't see much.

The good things are the things that get me distracted from #1 and #2 existing. I enjoyed the Klaus-Kol stuff. This show can go through periods where it forgets the whole premise is wrapped around a baby. Those are the times I can enjoy it, but I watch sporadically because that premise will forever take me out of the

Oh yes. I haven't hated Leith as much as other people, but I definitely see what you're saying. Leith has certainly been smarmy, but I don't think everything he does has a nasty taint to it. For example, I think if Leith is actually selfless with Greer some people will always think there is something else going on. I

I tend to like the mischievous types, so I don't mind Narcisse. He's basically Littlefinger 2.0. I don't like him with Lola, but when he goes against someone as savvy as he is in Catherine, I just love it.

That's fair. My issue was with the execution more than anything. Your watching experience is probably a lot more fun than mine with this show. Caroline is the character keeping me watching so when something like this happens, it sours the rest. Other shows and characters I can easily brush off and be more even-keeled,

I think you have a good point. People didn't want Jess/Nick and Mindy/Danny to get together as examples. However, as someone else pointed out, Tyler and Caroline were a great example of friends turning into lovers. Stefan was the only male friend of Caroline's who she hasn't gotten into a relationship with. (I'm not

Everything about Conde and Mary really, really bothers me. His outrage and feelings of betrayal over being accused of something his family actually did was ridiculous. Take it down a notch. It's not romantic at all- their relationship. It feels so emotionally manipulative.

Bonnie is in 1994. No one has used it. She can bring it back with her. It's an Alternate Universe, not the past.

If they just show her in flashbacks, would it be possible to get some Katherine? Can they please have crossed paths?

Remember Damon turned into a crow? That's his way to woo women.

Caroline wanting to control everything, including creating the perfect day for her mom, was in character for me. I can't imagine Liz would want her hovering, although Caroline asked Liz to live for her, not herself. She may not have been in the room with Liz for her final moments to say goodbye. That's life. However,

I liked this episode, especially all of the Scarlett/Deacon/Beverly stuff. Their singing in the kitchen was lovely. Beverly refusing to offer her liver was unexpected, but made sense for what we've seen of her.

I read that at the start of the season they knew Jeremy would be going. It wasn't a last minute thing, which makes it all the more bizarre that this was the way they chose to write his story. (Reminds me a bit of Rebekah on The Originals and how they wasted her, a so much more compelling character, that first season.)

I saw Le Tigre.

Not even boyfriend. The guy who treated her like trash until her mom gave her blessing, then he turned into a stage-5 clinger.

This was a decent episode except for two things. 1. Hope is now psychic? No thank you. Ever. She doesn't need her incompetent family after all. Going in this direction is so unappealing. No magic babies please. 2. Cami. They took everything good and ruined it.

D+. This was terrible. Just terrible.
