Yes. I've always enjoyed those episodes, actually any with flashbacks. Even if they went back to Samuel Colt I would watch.

It's a good thing the town has been destroyed. How else to explain someone seeing their high school history teacher who was killed a few years ago again?
Or maybe give her a smidge of vampire blood to help whatever was going on with her to keep going?
Happy Birthday to you and JoMo.
Uncle Mason is busy on Chicago Fire.
I liked parts of Season 4 too, but the plotting isn't as tight. It's probably not easy, but this season seemed the loosest.
We don't know the wound healed as slowly as a human, just that it didn't instantly close up. I'm not convinced quite yet. I don't know why, I just want him to have kept that.
We don't know that he's merely a human versus a werewolf. We only know for sure he isn't a hybrid. I think he's still a werewolf, but they didn't tell us that.
It was still about quantity and the time it took. While Damon might have been slow, the more people that went through, the shorter the time left went due to the toll. I agree Elena would have stayed, but that wouldn't have helped anyone and could have hurt a lot of people.
They wouldn't have any leverage though. They needed to make it personal for Liv or Luke or else neither one would help. They were on the run.
It's probably a guess about what Stefan and Caroline would be like, but Tyler and Caroline went from friends to lovers and there was always a spark between them. Maybe it will happen with Stefan, but the chemistry isn't obvious at this point.
I do think the complaints have gotten pretty loud, but having two not as great seasons as the first three has helped that along.
It goes back to Jenna's time I believe. It has been mentioned before. I'm sure it came up before last year's finale when the Veil was dropped and she wasn't around. She's moved on and also in last year's episode I believe Lexi said something at that time about not being ready to move on quite yet when she was busy…
Again, I was really rooting for Liv and Luke. I did wonder why he didn't help her out as well, just for a little while longer, although I get it.
Every spell takes a tremendous toll on the witches though. Bonnie died to bring Jeremy back. That was the cost. Adding to what Bonnie and Liv were going to have to go through to keep adding people should have occurred to her. That might not be fair in hindsight, but she wasn't ever going to ease the load.
I should have kept reading the comments, but yes about Elena.
I agree about Stefan and Caroline, but my predictions about Season 6 getting back to Stefan and Elena just might be on track.
So you're saying Klaus and Caroline belong together? Join the club my friend. (Yes, I'm kidding…sort of.)
I agree, but after a long summer, I'll probably look forward to it again. I'm thinking about a rewatch this summer. Oh the good old days.
Really? I only saw one moment of old Elena, when she and Caroline cornered Luke and Liv.
