I was actually building off of your comment about Francis being a douche versus the Lola and Kenna conversation at the end of your post. (I should have been more clear.) Caroline mentioned people were upset about Lola sleeping with Francis last week. My point was that Francis is a douche which would be my only issue…

I'm one of those people who doesn't have Cinemax. (I get my Strike Back fix on the Netflix DVDs. I'm only about 2 years behind.) It sounds great though.

They had birth control back in the day, so she was just letting Lola know that if she didn't want to get pregnant she didn't have to. It applies today, but it wasn't anachronistic.

I also thought Kenna was ok in this episode too. She's ambitious and not the brightest bulb. What she was discussing with Lola might have been a bit cold, but it wasn't unreasonable.

Caroline mentioned in the review people are mad at Lola for sleeping with Francis. I thought their hookup came out of nowhere, but I wasn't upset about it except that Francis is terrible. It wasn't about owing Mary loyalty.

I have no idea why he would try something so similar immediately, but maybe he got a weird thrill out of it? He's ordering people's deaths all the time though. I'm not sure they should follow this path.
