The whole Frank thing is really disturbing, even for this show. When I see Sammi, I still have her in my head as Tammy from Southland (married to a guy named Sammy no less.)

Performing well on a standardized test he probably had memorized to writing a philosophy paper isn't exactly the same thing though. He's smart, but he has to keep up with new expectations.
Same here and now that it's on Amazon Prime video, I will actually do this.
Trivial, but haven't you heard Deval Patrick welcoming you to Boston from Central Parking?
What about that song Happy by Pharrell? I can't handle it the whole time through, but I could listen to Get Lucky on a loop.
I am tempted to look into the Latin Jazz album. I don't really have much in my collection. More screaming trumpets please!
Double post. Nothing to see here.
I don't think Adam overreacted at all and he did say he wondered what this meant if something happened to him. She's been preparing his eulogy for years, full of facts. She doesn't say it's something that terrifies her. It's odd that Hannah has shown empathy (Jessa) and everyone can grieve in their own way, but she…
Totally forget about that. It's probably too much to get into in the scope of this show, but I'd really like to know more about the remaining governments and what they're like after the bombs went off.
I believe only the dagger is enough to get rid of the passenger. I don't think she'll be aware enough to stab herself and Katherine is pretty strong. It'll be interesting to see how much of Elena sticks around.
Totally unpopular here, (and I'm ready for the downvotes) but I love Klaus and Caroline together. Always have and always will. I could watch them race around the woods bantering forever.
It's not as if he's spent every episode murdering and killing people and she just ran into him in the woods and decided to have sex with him for kicks all of a sudden. That's not where either of their stories has gone over the past 2 years.
It's closer. You can't apply real-world morals to a show about teenage supernatural vampires.
She never intimated that at all. She's been resisting him for two years and caved in because she wanted to.
I'm not sure Elena can do anything now that Katherine is possessing her. It took Katherine to kill Matt's ghost-rider Gregor, so I'm sure it will be Stefan and Damon to save her again, making her more impotent than ever.
I didn't, but it was beautiful. My favorite orchestral piece, pretty cliché, is Jupiter by Holst. Mars, Bringer of War, is pretty awesome too.
I agree about Vicki. I wasn't exactly a fan of hers ever, but seeing her there was just heart-breaking.
One of my favorite episodes (and I hope it holds up since I haven't watched it a really long time), is the one where Matt "dies enough" to see her and Bonnie has to get to him in time.
I thought it was plenty hot and it did call back to a scene they had before. When Klaus was in Tyler's body after he crashed the van to save her from The Council, they were making out in the woods, just like they did here. It wasn't Tyler and Caroline then, it was Klaus and Caroline, so it does fit.
I doubt she'll actually stay dead though. Give it 2 episodes and I think she'll be back. TVD did do that in the first season, but since then they've resurrected practically everyone at least once.
Can you image people acting rationally after losing power? The US government escaped to Cuba. Obviously, they left for a reason and sounds like they didn't have any control which is why they worked with psychos like Russell to come back.
