But Missy is never going to win any physical endurance challenges, so her sitting it out is the same net result as her taking part…

If it helps, I hated Cagayan and still think this season has been mostly ass apart from Natalie turning things around over the last few weeks.

I'm watching in the UK as well but had to wait a few days to see it. Unfortunately I followed Natalie on Twitter when she was on TAR and forgot to unfollow her for this season, so when she was tweeting gleefully about surviving the episode on Thursday, it did kind of tip me off about the outcome.
