Have never done this, but a local theater chain is playing all three extended editions on Dec 8th (the Arclight, for those in Los Angeles) and I'm going. I'm excited and scared, but I have been thinking essentially what you said—that it will probably hold my attention pretty well.

I'm pretty similar. Luckily, it doesn't come up in my daily life ever, but I was listening to a This American Life with a new mother who just kinda-sorta uncertain about this whole "vaccines" thing and I was in a fucking rage.

This was crazy fascinating. Though I have absolutely no idea what a more tactile way of approaching tech would be that would match the size and efficiency of modern cell phones etc.—but this is why I am some dude's assistant, and not a tech giant.

Interesting. For some reason, the Doyle Sweeney didn't really do much for me—I mean, it's Sweeney, so there was that baseline of amazing, but besides that—while Company really, really works for me. I think the concept suits that show better than Sweeney's.
