I do feel kinda bad for Aslaug, but it is interesting that were he still with Lagertha, she'd have beaten his ass right back. I wish Ragnar and Lagertha and Rollo were the main storylines. Everything else shouldn't get more than like a minute of screen time.

Yeah but I think for Vikings if you treated your wife terribly she could divorce you, in public, and take all your stuff. In Rollo's case though, maybe he feels it's better to not piss anyone off while he's living in that castle, with no friends around. And I think he likes her, he finds all that attitude attractive.

I don't agree but I'm sure others will. I just find tv couple breakups are usually for very stupid reasons and only there to create some drama or "excitement", and since Jake/Amy are not the central focus of this show they don't really need to do that.

In regards to "waiting for the other shoe to drop" with Jake and Amy, I don't think it will happen. Look at Parks, the cute couples that actually have chemistry don't break up, they just move forward in their relationships.
