I totally agree with you. I hope they are not going the cheap/hack sitcom route with having boom mic guy swoop in and break up a family, but I fear that could happen.

Yes I not only have watched tv before, but have worked IN BROADCASTING for going on my second decade now. The obvious way they are setting it up for the demise of the marriage to be the shows finale. Seems a waste of the 8+seasons building this up…and for the boom mic guy?  Not impressed. May as well start next weeks show with him in Pam's bed so I can turn The Office off forever for me.
