I'm glad to see that liberal groupthink is alive and well at the AV Club. All that money going into the public education system has been clearly well spent.
I wasn't aware that McCarthy or WWII-era Japanese internment camps needed rehabilitation. Is this somehow related to Juan Williams getting fired at NPR for not toeing the liberal line closely enough?

"All they would have needed to do is claim a high rate of 'lost' (i.e. stolen) copies of Korine's films…"
Jimmy James, I thought the same thing about 28 Days Later, but really just the opening bit which is taken directly from Triffids.
If you like any Thin Man movie you'll like them all because they all contain the same basic ingredients—primarily Powell and Loy.
I don't think Nora drinks in the later movies; if so, it's just something small with dinner. Nick's on screen drinking is also reduced.

You forgot remakes of "Battlestar Galactica," "Emergency!", "Kolchak: The Night Stalker," and "Hawaii Five-O."
Good catch! Got to track this one down.
Or Jack Nicholson in "The Shining" (1980). It was a golden age for man on ghost action. ("The Entity" was 1981.)
I've seen Haunted Summer. It's a bland historical piece (Bill from Bill&Ted plays Dr. Polidori, author of The Vampyre!). "Gothic" is much more interesting in that it tries to do something extra with the same bit of history than just relate the events. Also, it's got that cool incubus movie poster (although credit…
No "rules" were given to this game other than "(28) songs that mention other songs by name."

21 children? This guy should have been tried for crimes against humanity. The wrong people having the most children —- it's just sickening.
