It's a party song. It's cheeze.

The show could be toying with us. Or, to quote the opening of Hart to Hart … IT'S MURDER! That said, Frankie and Jamie make a great team … with most of the onus being on Frankie, of course.

Anybody want to talk about Me, You and The Apocalypse?

Oh, Rosalind Russell, definitely. The voice was Hepburn, but the way she swung her hips and banged on the typewriter, like her shoulderpads weighed 5 lbs. each? Rosalind Russell.

I remember those years. Phantasm would air on local channels, right after Bob Hope and Cary Grant movies. and Popeye cartoons.

I've never considered Myrna Loy in her performance and I can't quite see it, but if I ever get to see the film again, I'll consider it.

True, the character is magical and a Negro (in the parlance of the age of the movie), but I saw him more as a Deux ex Machina (or specifically, a Deus ex Clock). Somewhat akin to the role of the traditional narrator in Into the Woods: one foot in the action, one foot outside of it.

I was trying to figure out why Charles Esten looked slightly different tonight. His hair was the same. He wasn't clean-shaven for the ceremony. Perhaps it was a camera filter? I dunno.

Who? Oh, him! Yes.

Grrr.

Yeah, I don't get in bar fights over the movie, but I thought it was really good.

Oh, neither have I. Spring tends to throw me off my game, for whatever reason.
