I think they should pare down the cast, keep the workplace setting and the stupid brawls by having every episode pit Mindy and Danny against the Deloreas. And then every episode should culminate in Chris Messina and Mark Duplass in some kind of shirtless jello wrestling.

One more thing - Pastor Casey always ending up wearing Mindy's lipstick makes me happy every time. Especially when they don't really call attention to it. Because that is a thing that happens irl but never seems to happen on the tubes.
