That would have been great, deb investigating a case, putting bits together while trying to deny her growing suspicions. Finally she finds a smoking gun and just goes nuts.

I assume he didn't actually push in the drug. He just put the needle in and fell over. You are right though, the show could have used the voice over to explain that bit.
Firing Darren Lamb (the old agent) was harsh, but probably the right decision. The guy was a total fuckup. The new agent is slick, but he also gives Andy the best advice. I think the bit at the end when he reunites with Maggie but not Darren is an acknowledgement of this.
I hate when people can only admit to liking a certain type porn by trashing some other type of porn as dirty, abnormal, or destructive.
I demand all carts and tracks be locked away at first. Why would I want to be given choice among balanced gear when I could just get a series of straight upgrades.
If fixing the potholes was really worthwhile to the overall economy then someone will create a business dedicate to fixing them.
The last few twists in MGS 2 ripped the narrative out of the realm of the plausible into comedic ridiculousness.
Randism and Communism (as expounded by Marx and Engles) both contain some very compelling criticism of extant social philosophies. Their solutions to these problems are presented as a fictional utopia but when put into practice they develop many problems. In presenting a criticism (or satire) of either Randism and…
It is pointless for the very poor to make any investment (education, change in careers, purchase of stock) that takes longer than 30 days to pay off. They will starve to death by the time it matures.
I deeply hate any game where a coalition of losers gets to pick the winner. The politicking that this generates can ruin friendships.
If you have ever played dominion, there is a great line in the rules. Paraphrased it reads "There is no second place, only first and everyone else." Playing this way makes the game…
I loved mordin almost as much as I love any random space skank and in the final mission he and thane were the only ones to die. I thought about replaying it but figured both of them only only had a few years to live anyway.
Those kids are adults now. All their scenes are recycled footage.
I liked the way John used his ring in this series. It gave the ring limits and made it feel more real to me. The "make anything" construct rings are so versatile and powerful that they feel like silver age Superman where the writer can get the character out of any situation by making up a new power.
I mean…
Its that dumb TV logic where people are responsible for completely unpredictable consequences of any slightly negative action. I.E. I was late picking someone up so they took a cab and got in a fatal accident. I was hanging out with friends when my parent had an unexpected stroke and died without anyone around to…
I think every corpse was either burned or head-shot. They need to shoot a person so we can get this settled.
I may be confusing the comic with the show here. I know for sure that in the comics people come back unless the brain is damaged. In the show, I remember Daryl commenting on how the person who committed suicide by hanging was stupid for doing so rather than shooting himself.
