Give her the lead in a Marvel property. Pretty please. MONICA RAMBEAU.

Yeah, that was weirdly pathetic for this show.

It's been a bummer couple weeks for genre shows I enjoy. Just baffling decisions all around.

It feels like Nicole Beharie has been trying to jump ship since about halfway through season two, and I don't blame her. The show isn't doing her any favors. She's too good for the material.

… Literally?

Thank you! I thought I was the only one to notice.

Nothing is quite as grim and upsetting as the goddamn river (?) and apartment complexes that served as background for most of the show. That was depressing to look at, and I live in Chicago.

I show my obvious ignorance. I haven't seen either show, but I have only seen good things.

*SPOILER DYING ON THIS WEEK'S ARROW* - "My last words are… I'm a huge #Olicity fan!"

… I don't watch Doctor Who.

They've kept him fairly asexual in the shows. They could run with that, but him flirting with a guy or gal here or there would be amusing. I mean, Jesus, he looks like Wentworth Miller.

I'm definitely in the minority in that I'm not a huge fan of Diggle. Nothing against the actor, but I feel like he spends most of his time breathlessly saying, "Oliver, you know better!" or shit like that. I really liked his Suicide Squad stuff, but of course the legs got cut out from under it. I'm not really sure

I prefer her on Legends, which more or less spreads the love evenly.

As much as I enjoy John Barrowman, it makes no goddamn sense that he's still around. Bringing in an alternate Laurel, but keeping regular Merlyn, is insane to me.

Susanna Thompson elevated the show. Poor Paul Blackthorne has had to hold that respective older voice on his shoulders since.

Yeah, I kept thinking, "Isn't the plan to return to 2016? Couldn't you have fathered a child then?"

I enjoyed that movie, but only as a horror film. I understand that these situations are (unfortunately) common, but Kevin was an actual monster as an infant. That movie is basically a remake of The Omen.

Let her have her thing!

I also miss Walter. Not in the same way, but just because that actor had the best voice.

Even Jayne would be like, "Dude… seriously?"
