Don't get me wrong, I fell in love with Sara because of season two of Arrow (which was all-around fantastic). But I just like to see her smiling this season.

Also: Wentworth Miller is a gift. His face was just pure devastation when Mick revealed himself.

Jax was actually pretty hilarious. I love that his whole vibe is, "This is dumb as shit. What the fuck are we even doing?"

I wish to get a research grant to further our knowledge of this affliction.

Irina Derevko, easily. Leno Olin plays her as, alternately, sultry, terrifying, and scheming.

Seriously, Charlie Cox's American accent - as with the rest of his features - is sexy as hell.

IT CAN BE BOTH

I would just like to take a moment to express how truly wonderful Charlie Cox is as Murdock. Yung and Bernthal have obviously been getting high praise (for damn good reason), and D'Onofrio did last season (again, obviously), but Cox keeps the show tethered. His voice is also exquisite.

She's just so damn fun to watch. Elektra is a live wire here, which the movies never managed to capture.

I feel like The Punisher works so well because he has Matt as a contrast. I imagine he would be hard to root for as a main protagonist.

I could go at length about what they see in each other, but at the end of the day… look at those two people. When you're that hot, you gravitate toward one another.

Her vision of "Jane as drunk Bachelor contestant" is still my favorite hallucination ever.

It's more that they haven't done anything with her this season. Killing Laurel would be narratively stupid.

Yeah, it always feels scrubbed down to nothing.

Does this count as phrasing?

I honestly, genuinely want to know why people care so much about letter grades for A.V. Club reviews. They are arbitrary!

And Captain Lance. Basically, Ollie and Felicity are garbage, and Diggle is fine, I guess?

They're on the honor system.

He's functionally a villain at this point in the season.

I *really* hope Peyton gets added to the main cast next season.
