Ooh, fun fact; despite knowing those "special edition" series of episodes were riffing on Star Wars, I still used to subconsciously picture "Brian Firenzi" as a young George Lucas lookalike who worked behind the scenes of 5sf, and it wasn't until the "Why doesn't MTV make music videos anymore"

Not having read the books and going solely based off of internet comments, I feel like Jared Padalecki, who plays Sam Winchester on Supernatural, would be a solid choice.
