That's probably my favorite scene, just because in any other movie, Cusack would take their advice and he'd get caught with a random girl just to create more "drama."

I know what you mean; the idea of encouraging not just reading, but a love of reading, seems like an ideal that should always be PBS's province.  When PBS cancelled the show it just felt wrong.
