If it wasn't for Celebrity, I might make the case for his 90s being close to as good as his 80s.

My five is Purple Rose of Cairo, Radio Days, Annie Hall, Love and Death, and ESILY.
See, I was kinda left cold by Magic in the Moonlight outside of the breathtaking cinematography (really liked Cafe Society, though). It's almost as if everyone has different opinions or shit.
It did, it did get substantially better!
Inexplicably, episodes 5 and 6 were great, after a third of mediocrity and a third of pure awfulness.
This sounds like a return to dark ages when Woody was pumping out indifferently-edited comedies for DreamWorks, mixed with the plot of Whatever Works. Joy. I'll still watch it and probably laugh a decent amount because of Elaine May, though.
He's still funny and talented, goddamnit! Team Irrational Man 4ever!!!!!!!
And I'll probably have a brain aneurysm reading the comments by episode 2.
The synopsis of this sounded too much like Whatever Works (my absolute least favorite of Allen's films, and I've literally seen them all) for me to get my hopes up too high, so this isn't surprising. Still, as a completist of the highest order, I will still watch this and probably not hate it.
Little-known fact: This site only stays up because of clicks from Elaine May fans.

It took me too long to figure out the kind of shots you meant (I must have been thrown off by the mention of wine).
In memory of C. Martin Croker, Adult Swim has put up every single episode of Space Ghost Coast to Coast on their website.
Whole bunch of movies. I rewatched Bubble and watched for the first time Born on the Fourth of July, Talk Radio, A Brief History of Time, Vernon, Florida, and A Bigger Splash. I also watched the Emmys, in which I realized that maybe talking about TV shows I don't watch isn't for me.
Soderbergh seems pretty confident about it coming back, and said that it would start shooting next year, so I don't think scheduling will be a problem.
