And the scene where Chris Eigeman randomly shows up to warn the characters that the Cookie Man is here, what was that even about?

I dunno, I was really turned off by the scene in Madagascar 3 where the Ben Stiller lion kept jerking off and spreading the cum around a library.
He's only writing it, at least, so it won't take up too much of his time and he'll get a dumptruck full of money for his troubles.
When do y'all want to do trivia this weekend, now that the liveblog is no more, ceases to be, bereft of life rests in peace, etc.? I'm open to any time from now to Sunday.
I can't wait to see how many assholes he fits into Winnie the Pooh.
AKA Soderbergh's worst (admittedly not saying much from me) movie.
Also, hey! I feel like I haven't talked to you in forever.
This is a very exciting prospect, as all of Soderbergh and Scott Z. Burns' collaborations in the past suggest that they would be the perfect pair for a project as presumably large-scale and sprawling as this one. And also because it delights me that Soderbergh is returning to being as prolific as he was immediately…
Like I said, he's *really* good in it. Maybe my favorite performance in it after Blanchett and Sally Hawkins.
Andrew Dice Clay is genuinely fantastic in that movie, so if the Belush follows his standard, we're in good hands.
THAAAAAT'S THE JOOOOOKE

Whoa, Wachowskis influence is a bad thing now?
Weirdly, I feel like I comment here more now than I did months ago, although that's just the difference between 0.5 and 0.3, really. This place just hasn't really felt much like home for a while now (and the site that actually did feel like home was cruelly taken from us), and it's only getting worse in that regard.
Hannah and Her Sisters: In my Radio Days capsule, I wondered why this was and still is deemed one of Allen's defining masterpieces. Well, in the film's own words, I have my answer with this watch (only my second, which is only strange for an Allen obsessive such as myself, who's already worked up to three viewings on…
Actually, the cut goes from Affleck's mockery to Bruce Willis's seriousness (this is one of those commentaries where a whole bunch of people, in this case Affleck, Willis, Michael Bay, and Jerry Bruckheimer, were recorded separately and edited together). What the video leaves out is the cut back to Affleck's mockery…
Every second you're not in possession of it, you're missing the chance of hear Affleck's almost totally incomprehensible Billy Bob Thornton impression.
