Not released yet ≠ No one has seen it
Not released yet ≠ No one has seen it
I understand what you mean, but I was genuinely moved by it near the end.
The only bad outcome of that (for me, not him) will be if it's only middling, as a positive review will launch my excitement into the stratosphere for it while a Tobias pan will be delicious to read and I'll probably love it anyway.
Yeah, that's the difference between him and Brett Ratner for me. Ratner may make better movies than Snyder (some of the time), but he's shown time and again that he's slime, while Snyder seems like a nice boy who makes the movies he wants to make, even if he's not so bright.
I'm going to bookmark these comments and use them as my review of The Revenant.
Pfft, that's completely absurd. Only two hours?
Superman used to read Word Up! Magazine.
I can't find it in my heart to summon the rage some do at Zack Snyder, even though I don't like Man of Steel and Watchmen. At least he's clearly following his heart.
I can't really respond to this, just like I couldn't respond to someone telling me that the sun is cold.
I mean, he makes garbage movies now (although I'm just a tad less aggressive in my estimation of them than you are), but his 90s work is damn solid at least.

Setsuko Hara has died.
Aesthetically, this looks like a big improvement over the grey mulch that was Age of Ultron. And I liked Winter Soldier a lot, so I'll see this like a good corporate sheep.
Bad Films Shot By Great Cinematographers
I'm looking at other responses, and apparently the throughline is "it looks great, but it has no substance and isn't profound", which is probably preferable for me to Inarritu calling Western Union.
I'm hoping for something like their show in Sarajevo, where the political talk actually contributes to the show's power. I will inevitably be disappointed.
I looked at the Wonder Woman press release exclusively to see who the DoP was. I know the Hoyte van Hoytema rumor would have made it hard for me to fully accept many DoPs who would've actually shot it, but I think I would have been disappointed by the fact that they got the guy who shot Fant4stic to shoot it even…
So you're saying that the only faithful adaptation of the comics thus far is Upstream Color?
This is nice and all, but speaking as someone who's somebody[citation needed]
, you're only really somebody when your work is reposted and viewed as gospel by Robert Pattinson fangirls[citation very much fucking needed]
.
I presume it's a take on the forum where you got mentioned being called TrueFilm. Although there's probably a good chance FalseFilm actually exists.
