I watched the pilot on Hulu and thought it was the best sitcom pilot in a while. Though that's not saying much, unfortunately.

It was Mabel's "I'm done." right after Dipper said he was just going to wait until she was done yelling that sold the gag for me.

Now I'm just glad they didn't pull that crowd-displeasing interrupt-the-Olympics stunt for "Go On" because I actually liked that pilot (well, I'd give it B-, but that's good enough for me at this point)
