Yeah, this live Underworld is pretty great. Doing a lot of "dubnobass" stuff. I've been revisiting a lot of that stuff lately, with the remasters and new album. Nice to have them back doing something good.
Undoubtedly they'll feel the need to end with "Born Slippy" though which, at this point, is like playing "Freebird"

I could have those backwards, though. Greenwood's Instagram had him holding up a copy of the "Slide it In" album, and he was sticking his tongue out in a fairly rude manner. Whitesnake's 80s output was pretty big with the Oxford crowd.

I've been seeing a lot of things suggesting that the Radiohead is in a "roots reggae stylee", so be aware.
Frank Ocean's album is, supposedly, entirely made up of Whitesnake covers. So, that should be pretty good.

I've had on the youtube stream of Coachella for most of the day, in the background, and while I think it's cool that they do this (and have a channel for each stage), I must say the vast majority of the acts there are some of the most boring music I've ever heard.
I've got Underworld on right now, though. They're

I'd guess that's Disney's recruiting pitch for all of these movies. Yes, you have to wear a stupid cape and act with a green screen for months on end, but just look at Hemsworth's house!

I wish more people would play the bass where it's positioned right beneath their chin. Seems more "authentic".

I was trying to go easy on the kid, before he moves into the real nausea-inducing stuff like Whitehouse, or Level 42

I'll expect your book report on the collected works of Merzbow on my desk at the end of the week. You can skip the split single he did with Daniel Ellsberg, though.

They are making odd choices, I agree. I did see a cheap seat version of this Batman/Superman movie, purely out of boredom and a desire to see *something* in the theaters and while I understood all the criticisms, for what they were trying to accomplish, I didn't think it was so bad. It's deeply nihilistic, and joyless

Sure, but I'd guess the Deadpool success secured that R rating in the end. Also, while I know that fans of the cartoon series praise Hamill, I'd wager to the general public, by far, they think of Ledger's performance more than a voice actor as "the real Joker".

It's a marketing gimmick, in terms of continuously trying to separate their vision of comic book movies from the Marvel/Disney versions. In theory it makes sense, but I think, as is usually the case, they are taking the lessons from the relative success of "Deadpool" as meaning "people want r-rated comic book movies"

Stay woke

I still don't understand those beer commercials she and Rogen are in. Are they meant to be "anti-comedy"?
I guess there's only so much you can do with Bud Light, though.

I've always thought of "Rid of Me" as being the obvious one (maybe because it is still my favorite), although "Stories" seemed to be the one that got the most kudos (I liked it, although it sounded a bit too much like a Pretenders album to me).

Just get "Live at Hammersmith" from '79, you'll be fine, even without the medallion.

I lived in Arizona when all that was going on, I don't recall McCain having anything to do with it. It was the then-governor Ev Mecham, who was eventually impeached.

Actually, with Big Dave pondering a unicorn, to wrestling fans it can only mean one thing.
He will be joining the New Day tomorrow at WrestleMania.

That makes sense, sure. I guess I haven't been all that aware of how "in the public eye" they've been over the last how many years, or whether teens were even listening to their records. I never seem to hear anything about them, until a new record comes out and then we go through the whole "this one is really good, I

I honestly believe this entire thing should be preserved by the Library of Congress.
