Trent's super serious schtick gets more wearisome the older I get.

I think you need to step outside and take some deep breaths.
Wait, Universal Soldier: Regeneration is being compared (even in the smallest way) with Tarkovsky? I feel like I need to see it now. Can anyone else vouch for it?
Brian Geraghty killed it with "Whose side are you on?!".
I watched that scene 3 times in the preview and almost pissed myself laughing watching it in it's full glory tonight.
No, I don't, but that sounds hysterical. Link?
Agreed, Tolliver. Marvel movies are just pure children's entertainment, weightless and pointless. I'd rather watch Nolan's Batman films over and over than see another Iron Man or Avengers.
Fame is not an indicator of quality. Kanye beats Dan in the asshole department any day of the week just based on how much he loves himself. Anyone who says "I am a creative genius" with a straight face can fuck right off.
Jimmy Kimmel is self aware and funny. Kanye has no self awareness whatsoever and no sense of humor. That's pretty much all there is to it.
I kind of pity him. One look at his eyes in any interview he does and you can tell how completely fucked in the head he is. Not only is he a complete narcissist, but he's also constantly contradicting himself and oblivious to anything resembling a grounded reality. In the Kimmel interview he was just pathetic -…
Yeah, I could feel the editor struggling with that scene.
Like I said… he's the Jack Bauer of Homeland.
If you don't give a shit about the characters as if they could be real people why are you even watching the show?
The most unbelievable moment of the show wasn't Saul's outburst but the fact that Fara had the balls to try to rip that banker a new one after only 8 days on the job. At that point she'd still be too afraid of Saul's mighty beard to say shit.
You must be shitting me. Yeah, Dana's plot is boring as hell but at least Homeland is actually about things instead of… whatever the hell Strike Back is about, which as far as I can tell is just explosions and muscles.
Yeah. They're done as well as they could be done, and Morgan Saylor should get nominated, but I still don't give a fuck. I feel like they spent more time on Dana than anyone else this episode. She's kind of becoming the Margaret Schroder of Homeland.
Nucky is definitely one of the less interesting characters on the show, but Buscemi's understated way of playing him makes the moments when he actually gets emotional pretty riveting. I still think the cold as ice murdering of Jimmy at the end of Season 2 was absolutely god awful and hammy, though. If there was any…
The cinematography change has been pretty awesome so far this season, but the framing in the scene of Nucky and Willie talking in the dorm room was fucking weird. A shot of Willie in only a third of the frame, and then he's right in the middle, and then off to one third again. There was also a weird cut as Nucky was…
"You look like a fucking extra from Blade."
I agree, but putting BSG above Farscape or the best of Trek is horseshit and everyone knows it.
