"The center of the discussion—during which Cenac talked about his struggles with his family and career, and the life-saving effects of being hired by the show"
Did Maron follow up on this and ask how he balances work and family? Maybe it's just me, but for me? That's what a real interviewer would ask.

I lost track of Arrow midway through Season 2, but the fact that they're still doing flashbacks is just infuriating and ridiculous. Those were always the worst parts of the show—I can't remember even one of them being good.

*Get* to start banging.

Nah, that I knew was CGI. Pretty obvious at that. But I also thought the clock tower thing was CG.

Yeah, I think that's often overlooked—the fact that Mario's underground levels start out above ground, the mood it sets. It's a very Alice in Wonderland "down the rabbit-hole" thing—the underground levels tend to be darker, more difficult.

You would be surprised.

Ha! I'm also 23. Perhaps this is significant.

To be fair, if Bill Cosby wants to start a religion, he's already got the molestation cover-ups down.

That's a good point about practical effects. It stands out after the Brosnan movies—the last two he did were incredibly effects-heavy, and the end result ended up feeling just…cartoonish.
The scene I thought was almost entirely CGI was in Quantum of Solace when they fall down that clock tower and get tangled up in the

3 is obviously one of the greatest platformers ever made; it's a testament to the quality of the series that it's not even close to being my favorite. But I think you're dead on: best NES game, almost certainly. Zelda comes close, but SMB3 has aged FLAWLESSLY, whereas Zelda 1 is a little tough to play these days

None of them do. Skyfall in particular is VERY colorful. Great visuals all around in that one.

The Craig era has brought by far my favorite Felix. Love how grim and cynical he is. Mostly I just love Jeffrey Wright.
His line delivery of "That's why I eat the peppers" in QoS is one of the strangest things I've ever heard, and I love it.

Yeah, Royale and Goldfinger are my favorite Bond movies but I have to say those villains' plans made FAR less sense than the villain's plan in QoS.

Goldeneye Reloaded was SUPER fun; the multiplayer was just about as fun as the 64 game. The campaign was solid, if a little weird seeing Craig in Brosnan's place.
Goldeneye Rogue Agent though…that is some absolute bullshit right there.

It starts off so good…SO good. But once it gets to the Blofeld stuff the pacing collapsed and it just became so, so lame (though it's probably my favorite Blofeld performance).
People mostly remember it for its ending, which is good, but Casino Royale/Quantum (which I honestly consider one movie at this point…it's hard

I didn't like Moore at all until I saw Live and Let Die, which is now one of my favorite Bond flicks. But it's just about the only good Roger Moore movie…Moonraker and View to a Kill are borderline unwatchable.
But yeah…I absolutely don't understand how he could be your favorite unless he's the Bond you grew up with.

Yesssssssssss. I love it. I was really hoping they would end up turning Quantum into Spectre, or at the very least revisiting it, as it felt like a pretty significant thing to just ignore in Skyfall.
It's not the popular opinion among Bond fans (and I certainly am one myself) but Craig is probably my favorite Bond. He

Something about the Galaxy soundtrack never felt "Mario" to me. The main theme, anyway. They're amazing compositions but I never liked the soundtrack as much as the 2D games as far as how they fit the game. I did like how dynamic they were, though (they did the Banjo-Kazooie thing of changing slightly depending on the

I would point you to NSMB Wii and Wii U. Incredibly creative level design—certainly on par with 3 and World if you strip aside nostalgia—and great maps. I actually think all the NSMB games did a good job of having fun, obscure secret paths. Can't imagine why they got rid of the lock and key thing though. Just a great

It's a toss up for me between this and Wind Waker for favorite game of all time (and I would argue GREATEST games of all time). World does not get enough love for its music. Not to start the age-old debate but…how anyone prefers 3 is just beyond me. The level design, music, scope of the game—everything was perfected
