yeah, that makes her look terrible, but in that break-up moment I only see Mike panicking about the job.  He doesn't seem all that betrayed by the fact she didn't give him a head's up (and later he seems more focused on warning Trevor to back the fuck off unless he wants some serious payback).

Getting rid of Jenny probably wasn't earned but I think they were trying to move towards what works for the show heading into season 2 and get away from what didn't work in season 1 (I don't really care who Mike dates but I think the actor had more chemistry with Rachel, and that is probably what the producers /

That…feels off to me as well.  But I suppose they paired it with another show that is action-oriented and has a male protagonist?  I guess I get it…sort of.

I was just thinking about how awesome Katherine is on this show and how the producer's said we can't get her "back" until Klaus is dead.  And, seriously, I'll take Katherine over Klaus pretty much always.  Seeing Elijah again really worked for me (although I have to admit, Joseph Morgan was really good as Klaus…when

1.  Trevino seems like the absolute worst choice for this.  Remember how awesome Alaric was when possessed by Klaus?  That was one scary dude.  Trevino can't pull off that kind of gentlemanly menace.
