Haha now you think you understand my gay friends better than I do because you're gay. How about I understand my friends better than you do because you are a rando stranger.

'I'm so glad I'm gay. I don't have to deal with women' is the bigoted stereotype you've happily embodied in these threads. Hence my laughing at your deviation from the enlightened understanding of homosexuality. Prior to you, I've never heard a gay man say anything like that. I guess sometimes stereotypes do come true.

America is a pretty sexually liberated place actually compared to the rest of the world. Not wanting to be assaulted & not wanting to have your physical boundaries breached does not mean women are afraid of their sexuality.

Actually that is the answer.

Sure, theoretically I could — but the nature of the complaints is vastly different. We've all been living in a patriarchy for thousands of years, not a matriarchy or a state of equality. The balance of power is extremely skewed. I thought all semi-intelligent people were aware of this.

Yes— women are the problem. Lo what a burden it is on Man to be attracted to these weak & emotional creatures. Sex-having should really be left to the men: I encourage all straight guys agreeing with this comment to go on & explore their homosexual side. You won't be missed!

It was good. Did not have the same vibe as the novel, but y'know, it's not a novel. It's an adaptation to a different medium. When you adapt to a different medium, you can use the capacities of that medium to highlight different things in a story. Otherwise, you're just turning the medium of film into a novel.

ugh no

except it's a nightmare!

he was pulling some cosmo kramer schemes in this one

It'd be great if Schmidt and Elizabeth stayed together. I love Merritt Wever & she was the only person in Tiny Furniture whom i liked. Plus she was in Strike! which is the greatest movie of all time.

But I think his awkward incongruity w/ the rest of them is the whole point of the character (as it was w/ Dawn).

They should keep Community for a 5th season & hire Dan Harmon back to run it. That would be GOOD FOR RATINGS.

Right, his fling with Alexis Bleidel was way more tender. I think the way he treated this girl was supposed to tie into the larger 'prostitution' theme. He basically treated her like a prostitute, but she wasn't one, so there were emotional consequences for everyone. What's the douchey saying about paying a prostitute

The last shot of Don collapsing/sitting down in front of his own apartment is probably going to be one of my favorite ones in the whole show.

I understand, you are a ham.

That makes sense.

Nice smile, too.

He played a great character in the teen film All I Wanna Do
