I <3 Huckabess is one of my favorite movies, and while I had heard these things about the director, I hadn't seen the youtube before. It's amazing what a great film it turned out to be with that sort of personality behind the camera. I want to see more movies that takes risks like this one and three kings, but who

Is Intermediate Documentary Filmmaking the one with Abed as Charlie Kauffman/Jesus vs Shirley? That might have been the only episode that's fell completely flat for me this season (I'm sure there's still plenty of individual jokes that I liked though). If it's the one in the hospital though with Pierce, then I agree,

You know, because Mercury poisoning also doesn't make you go insane or high. It just sort of makes your organs and nervous system fail. It's also nearly impossible to recover from. Kids, it's not a gateway element like Helium, it's a heavy metal. Stay off of mercury.

Not sure if this has been addressed, but I don't think they were supposed to be mercury poisoned. They were committed for being insane (and obviously something caused it for all of them), but I think the mercury poisoning that Jeff babbles about was supposed to be schizophrenic-like ramblings, not actually telling us

This thread reminded me of Leslie eating the garnish and Chris' horrified look. I ALWAYS eat the garnishes. Don't put parsley or carrot-flower-shapes on my plate if you don't want me to eat them. I eat the wilted lettuce leaf on the bottom of the plate, AND the wilted lettuce leaf on everyone else's plate. I'm under

Solid Episode
Whatever about the letter grade, but I thought this was a solid episode. It was an hour long, but felt like a normal half-hour episode. Sort of faint praise, but I laughed at a lot of the gags too.

Wow, evil POM stealing water. It reminds me of another plucky start up, Coca-Cola, and another sleepy town, Atlanta. Good thing Atlanta is in the perfect climate, and is never affected by drought though.

Above the Law!

It's official. Spike Lee and Aaron McGrudger need to do a project together. Imagine if they had worked on Bamboozled together. The movie might have actually been funny.

Wow, I never thought I'd register. I don't post that often, but what do you know, someone co-opted my unique handle. Way Late, I thought your comment was perfectly appropriate and humorous, but it doesn't really warrant a response from me.
