What she's wearing is certainly a trilby, but I've heard some hat enthusiasts refer to trilbys as a subset of the fedora. Having read way more about this than I should have, I still haven't found a definitive answer.

I read once that when working with Ronson, Bowie need only hum what idea he had for the guitar and Ronson would nail it exactly the first time. Not sure if it's true, but the spirit is. Their work is just astonishingly timeless. It still sounds new to me.
