I watched Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer (Thanks, NCC!) and Let Me In. Let Me In was servicable excepting two moderate problems: replacing unconvincing cat CGI with unconvincing little vampire girl CGI and cutting out the "attacked neighbor lady" subplot.

Yeah, our flag is kind of stupid, too.

Trailer Park Boys (Classic) reviews.
Make it happen, AV Club. It doesn't take a k-haki pants-wearing genius who works on rocket appliances to see that that's a great idea.

Apparently this weekend an impromptu game of football…
…broke out before and after a Black Eyed Peas concert.

Who cares? Our anthem sucks.
Time to change it to "American Girl" and put this whole sad saga of people fucking up that song behind us.

In defense of Wandy Sykes:

To me, it's really, really badly written. And stupid in an offensive way, not a fun one.

@OY!

Shut the fuck up, Tara.
You're out of your element.

What!? NOT LAURA PREPON!

Ray's shrimpy little bespectacled jerk of a friend: "Hey Ray, you're gonna let your wife tell you you can't go golfin'?"

You just reminded me how fluid and fun those action sequences are. The jungle chase and the final showdown display a kind of style and momentum that seems almost impossible to replicate in a non-CG scenario. Makes me really, really excited to see what Brad Bird is going to do with that next Mission Impossible movie.

Kind of fucked up that the ELR version of Patricia Heaton seems more likable than the real-life Patricia Heaton.

A scene from Everybody Loves Raymond…
Ray: Awwwwww!

A confused Dax Shepherd feels a tinge of paranoia for no specific reason.

Does anyone think Avenging would be really awful to have to sit next to in American Lit?

You know what? "No" to both.

Scranton 3D. Dwight Schrute in 3D physical form, but 2D character form.

She should have been in more!

I liked Collateral quite a bit.
