Yup they sure do. One of my main memories from high school is going to a Conway City Council meeting where they voted to ban MTV from the Conway cable system- mostly because of the Beavis and Butthead stink at the time (1994 as I remember…) and this is a town with 3 colleges for Chrissakes!!
