B- is too harsh. I did not have high expectations going in, but I thoroughly enjoyed this episode from start to finish. It was well-paced and had plenty of humor, plus further explains a bit about just why Dean and Sam are so unhappy to see Bobby's ghost — because they're afraid they're going to have to destroy him…

I was so bored during this episode that I gave up and started reading email — but the chase scene at the end caught my eye and I laughed like hell. The look of insane glee on Lucy's face as she chased Sabrina was priceless. And sudden death by bus just never gets old.
