I'd use something like Paint.Net (free, like regular paint but with more bells and whistles). If you're not really familiar with how to make a base for a 16 bit character you can always check out the stuff available on

Don's whole reaction was heartbreaking. That sleazeball Pete cried a few weeks ago in the elevator that he had nothing, when in reality he still had a lot. It really feels like you could apply that line earnestly to Don tonight.
