dammit I had just started finally watching Scrubs and now I just wanna watch all of Community all over again.

I thought that whole monologue was hilarious the first time I watched it, and it probably would've stayed that way if we got a season 6. That line'll just be a really sad one to listen to from here on out.
Honestly, on one of the few Fridays where I'm actually free enough to watch Hannibal live, I'm way too bitter to even turn on NBC right now. I'm really hoping this vitriol for anything even tangentially related to NBC goes away.
I've said this a billion times, but I can't fucking believe that the ONE season that it actually got cancelled is the one season where they're confident enough to literally have Abed look at the camera and say "We'll definitely be back next year." There's probably like 15 different layers of irony that apply to this…
The worst part is that this literally had to happen during the ONE SEASON that we were actually reasonably assured of its renewal. As a result, we ended up with a season finale that deliberately wasn't intended as a series finale (the first one in like three years), and the show just feels rudely incomplete for it.
That's true, I guess. Other recent somewhat popular one season wonders (Ben & Kate, Enlisted, Awake, etc) don't seem to have had anywhere near the same impact that Firefly had with just 13 episodes.
I've seen that comparison a lot, but I don't know if it's necessarily a valid analogy? Firefly only had one season, the whole time during which cancellation was always pretty likely, and we had five seasons of ups and downs and a probable renewal that was yanked from us at literally the last second. Even though it…
Yeah, I'm feeling this weird vitriol towards NBC in general, and it's gonna be weird to still be watching a decent chunk of NBC shows next season (Hannibal, Parks, About a Boy, possibly Parenthood, and probably some of its new comedies). Community's cancellation feels strangely personal like no other show's…
You give way better news than the other NBC.
YASSSSS
gaaaaaaah
As sad as the news is, how fitting that we were all digifreak'd to the punch. One last one for the road.
Well, fuck. The one season that we ended with the highest hopes for renewal had to end up like this. I suppose a pickup by someone else is possible, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.
Oh, wow, I wasn't expecting that so soon. Yay!
Not exactly a surprise. Still hurts.
No, the third thing is surprise Up All Night multicam revival.
Yup, there's the Modern Family renewal.
Wasn't Modern Family renewed already? That strikes me as one of those shows they'd just keep renewing way in advance.
Apparently one more ABC renewal is coming tonight. COME ONNNNN NASHVILLE
WAIT SHIT DOES THIS MEAN THEY'RE DONE WITH DRAMA RENEWALS
