Oh, another thing I learned at the R.J. Mitte talk - he is apparently in talks to play a major recurring role on Switched at Birth. So you heard it here first, all 2(?) of you who watch that show.

Lucky 7 was one of the dramas that I was planning on watching that sorta intrigued me, but after seeing these numbers I don't think there's much point to getting around to it anymore.
I liked Trophy Wife ep 2 way better than the pilot, somehow. Who knew.
Even the 1080p version I downloaded has shitty sound. Whoever prevented last week's NTSF from popping up online is probably behind this.
Why are so many people acting like New Girl is just a weirdly different beast this season? So far as I can tell, it's pretty much a direct continuation of what season 2 was, which is a pretty great show.
So I got to meet R.J. Mitte tonight. He came and gave a talk at my school and did a little autograph/photo session afterwards. He talked a lot about his experience with cerebral palsy, bullying, his getting into acting, and a good amount about Breaking Bad. I didn't get to talk to him for very long personally (just…
Seriously, where the fuck is last week's NTSF? Has anyone found it?
The more I think and read about the finale, the more I like how it left things off. I can see myself bumping it up to an A whenever I get around to rewatching it, but A- is about right for my initial reaction.
As SG Standard has stated, "fittingly satisfying" is the apt description for this finale. Any complaints I had were minor, and the pieces all got where they needed to be by the end of the show. It always feels strange to actually get closure in a show's finale, but if any show deserved it, this was it.
Yeah, that's a really strange picture. I didn't so much guess her based on her picture as I just started guessing the names of significant female characters.
34. Did they ever state Jane's dad's name on the show?
Not too good so far for us Parenthood fans. Although It's still doing better than practically any other show has done in that timeslot.
Has anyone found last night's NTSF online anywhere? It's strangely absent from the internet.
Oof. Back to another year of "NBC can't cancel EVERYTHING, can they?", I guess.
I'm surprised to see everyone so openly expecting Parks to end soon. It really all depends on how the new comedies do, and even if MJF gets some footing, I don't think a season 2 of it could anchor NBC comedy all on its own. I wouldn't at all be surprised to see Parks go to at least a season 8.
I'm only just now getting around to watching Parks, but I surprisingly rather enjoyed the cold open. So far, so good.
I don't think Parks and Office have music stings into breaks? Mockumentary shows usually don't, since they rarely have background music anyway. I haven't gotten around to watching MJF yet, but if they do have background music during the show I can imagine it being weird to lack a commercial sting.
DAMN, I forgot how packed my TV Thursdays are. I mean, I knew they were packed, but DAMN.
It's always a great day when you can organically work "Can you ever really own a horse?" into conversation.
