Are we the only two who think this? I think we might be.

I was convinced enough when you broke the news hours ago, quite frankly.

I'm not sure either, thinking about it. Just burn down all the sucky shows, somehow.

Regardless, you're quite literally the closest we have to someone even remotely on the inside. You know what must be done.

Smart move from a writing perspective, quite honestly. These guys were mostly dead weight last season, so I'm glad to see the show wrapping up their stories instead of dragging them out further. Hopefully the show can revitalize by either adding someone new or refocusing on the remaining characters.

Story time!

I used to love Chris Traeger in season 3 (and 4, to a slightly lesser extent), but he and Ann were dead weight throughout season 5. Hopefully this gives them the opportunity to revitalize the show by adding someone new or by refocusing on the other characters.

I don't think it's gone up anywhere. We'll know in 6 days.

Am I the only one buying this thing? I can't wait to comment on how awkward all the commentaries are!

13 minutes isn't really that much longer, at least. It won't seem THAT much more bloated.

I actually really like them both. Makes me almost want to watch the show…. almost….

Damn, Rectify's title sequence is pretty awesome.

I actually didn't mind them leaving out Quidditch, given the sheer magnitude of OOTP's content, but yeah, there were so many missed opportunities. The entire Department of Mysteries scene devolved into flashy action sequences way too fast, missing an enormous opportunity for some brilliant ambiance.

When the fuck did Netflix take down all their Nickelodeon shows? I am reasonably upset.

Isn't AHS made, in Murphy's mind, to be unironically scary? I don't watch it, but that's basically what I've picked up.

The longest book coming out as the shortest movie is a fact that will forever infuriate me.

I loved Opal Deception, Lost Colony, and Time Paradox. Atlantis Complex and Last Guardian left quite a bit to be desired, though.

Replied to wrong post, whoops.

I'm 21, read most of the early books from ages 9-15, so yeah, relatively a kid.

Nevermind, I just saw the news. Shoving the first two books into one movie sounds iffy. Reminds me of the Series of Unfortunate Events movie, where they shoved 3 books into one film, only for the franchise to go nowhere after that.
