They could be worse. There are like 3 or 4 dumb threads but aside from those they're pretty reined in.

What the fuck? Seriously, what the fuck?

I'm only on episode 10, but if the season keeps up this level of quality it'll probably beat out Mad Men for the year in my book. Quality stuff.

The A.V. Club

The one thing I don't like about Orange is the New Black is the length of the title sequence. I know I can skip it, but that damn thing is a minute and a half long. That's forever in TV minutes.

Anyone else having trouble logging in on the forums? I keep trying to log in but it just redirects me to the homepage.

At least if season 2 comes out around the same time next year, that should boost awareness and remind people of season 1's eligibility. Let's see how this year's Emmys go first, though.

I agree that the Dipper/Stan thing didn't necessarily work as well as it could've in the context of the whole season, but taken solely within the context of the episode, I thought it worked pretty well. Stan's proud "Fightin' back" near the end really got to me.

They're different glasses actually - the key is the yellow things in the corners. Either way, though, who knows. We already know for a fact that Stan has a brother anyway, the only question is whether he factors in or not.

Wax Larry King, maybe? He did tell Mabel something about llamas, and he is still hiding in the vents, supposedly.

The fez symbol is Stan. Popular theory has it that the glasses belong to Stan's brother, supported by the fact that we see Stan pick up the same pair of glasses from the carpet room in the body switching episode. We also see those same glasses on "Past Stan" from Time Traveler's Pig, who many believe to be Stan's

Fez Symbol - Stan
Ice bag - Wendy
Heart - Robbie
Star - Gideon
Glasses - Stan's brother?
Hand - writer of the books?
Llama - ???

I might be wrong, but I do believe that season 2 is still in very early stages of production. It takes around 10 months to make an episode start to finish, and they announced the renewal 4 months ago, so even if they'd started right away it'd be a while.

2 parts. S1 unfortunately only has 20 episodes total.

I like Veep, though I'm not an enormous fan of it, so I would gladly take more Buster over more Gary in a heartbeat.

But we haven't heard any official news on Save Me! There's still hope of its survival!

If anyone hasn't read it, the first paragraph of the Netflix/Arrested Development newswire is a work of art. O'Neal has done it again, to the surprise of no one.

Yeah, those are two very oddly specific coincidences. Though mine was admittedly low-hanging fruit.

Just finished episode 4. I'll be done probably by next week, though I'm taking it relatively slow (slower than I took Arrested Development, anyway).

This isn't eligible for Emmys until next year, isn't it? A damn shame. Hope no one forgets about it in a year.
