I agree. One of the ongoing themes and problems between Nick and Jess this season has been his inability to say how he really feels, so it felt kind of strange for him to say nothing at all and Jess to put it all out there. Baby steps, perhaps? I suppose he can't change completely.

Yeah, it really felt like they didn't know what to do with him this season. But even in the small scenes he absolutely shines.

As usual Winston, I adore you.

I'm not surprised re: Community, in fact I would have been surprised if Community was on the fall schedule.

Maybe being the 'impossible girl' means she also has memory problems?

Exactly. I'm intrigued with how it's going to play out but the constant reminder of it, every episode it seems, is jarring. We already know she's a mystery, we don't need telling.

"Impossible girl. A mystery wrapped in an enigma squeezed into a skirt that's just a little bit too…tight."

I hope we find out more about Clara soon because the mystery surrounding her is wearing a little thin at this point. I've not lost interest in it but I would like them to give us some more details. Anything!

I had to fight the urge not to throw something at my TV when the girl wandered off and left her brother, despite being told not to. It reminded me of that disobedient little shite on The Walking Dead.

See, I wasn't too enamoured with Cold War, though it features some stellar actors which perhaps made me like it more than I usually would.

I wouldn't say it was my favourite of season 7 but one of the strongest episodes, certainly.

*raises hand*

Yeah, I have to agree the kids were the downside but other than that, thumbs up from me. Matt Smith is continually amazing.

Double yay! There's such a noticeable difference in quality of writing between this week and last week, at least I think so.

Sounds like a porno with Kate Winslet.

News from the future: Doctor Who was quite good tonight, at least better than last week. Plus it has the ever-delightful Warwick Davis in and now I must re-watch Willow!

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA.

Exactly. Conundrum.

That's nice… *looks around the table* I'm assuming?

Well, I missed the renewal news being in bed and all but that's nice…I guess? I'm not sure how I feel. Part delighted, part filled with dread. It's a conundrum, I tell you.
